1. Products
Tender & Bold sells digital products (PDF files) for personal, non-commercial use. No physical items are shipped.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Gumroad, which also handles taxes such as VAT and sales tax.
3. Delivery
Download links are emailed immediately after payment.
4. Right of withdrawal
By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery of digital content starts immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available.
5. Licence
You may print and use the files for yourself and your household. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute them.
6. Not professional advice
Our products are tools for reflection and conversation. They are not therapy, medical or legal advice.
