Is this a physical product?
No. Everything is a digital download (PDF), so there’s nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.
What formats do I get?
Each product comes in three files: A4 and US Letter for printing at home, plus a phone version you can use straight from your screen.
How do I get my files?
Right after payment you get an email with your download links.
Can I buy several products at once?
Yes. Add as many products as you like to your cart and check out once. All your files arrive in one email. Your cart is kept at checkout: tap Cart at the top of any page to get back to it.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you like for your own personal use. Please don’t share or resell the files.
How do I get the free Healthy Communication Toolkit?

Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, digital products are non-refundable. If anything is wrong with your files, email us at tenderandbold@gmail.com and we’ll fix it.
